Great Value:

A delivery charge of Rupees 100 for outer areas of Pune Division and Rupees 0 for intercity applies to the majority of office products however some products may have varying delivery charges which will appear in your final invoice. Larger, bulkier items may have a higher delivery charge. Your delivery charge will be visible in your final invoice.

Accepting Delivery:

We deliver throughout Pune Division, all deliveries must be signed, so please ensure someone is available, delivery is between 8 am to 8 pm Monday - Saturday (excluding public holidays), and we are unable to accommodate specific delivery times.

Return Policy:

Please ensure that the item is in its original packaging, is unopened, and in a resalable condition. Damaged, faulty products and shortages need to be immediately brought to our attention.

When returning goods you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Once the goods have been received by YourStationeryHouse.com Office, inspected and deemed in a resalable condition, a refund for the goods will be issued excluding the original cost of delivery.

The return opportunity will be valid after purchasing any product for 7 days.
